A canelé is a small French pastry flavored with rum and vanilla, having a soft and tender, custardy center and a dark, thick, caramelized crust. It takes the form of a small, striated cylinder up to five centimeters in height, with a depression at the top for unlimited combination, Try our Canelé with Dulce de Leche every Friday available in Dec 2025: Dec 7th. Dec 14th, Dec 21th and Dec 28th.
Special order 24+ is available upon request. This pastry required a week in advance to your event to place your order. Pick up ONLY!
