A canelé is a small French pastry flavored with rum and vanilla, having a soft and tender, custardy center and a dark, thick, caramelized crust. It takes the form of a small, striated cylinder up to five centimeters in height, with a depression at the top for unlimited combination, Try our Canelé with Dulce de Leche once a month on Fridays! Next day availability is Friday FEB 20h, 2026 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm Pre-orders are preferred
