HOW IT WORKS: (Tuesday through Saturday) we are CLOSED Sundays-Mondays!
- Image(s) require a minimum of 24 hrs to process. You will receive three (3) emails from us regarding your emails: (1) Order confirmation; (2) Order in processing time; (3) Order ready for Pick-up
- Orders must be paid in full prior to printing.
- If you have chosen "Pay Over the Phone", payment must be paid 24 hours before the date of pick-up. Failure to before the date of pick up will result in cancellation. Same day /request/payments will not be considered.
- All edible images are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
*files may be uploaded via iPhone, Android, tablet, or computer. We strongly suggest uploading via a computer to ensure the highest quality image. (JPEG or PNG) CopyRight Images are process by DECOPACK and required an extra fee payable at pick up time!
