FRIENDLY REMINDER: Hurricane season is rapidly approaching, and we are in Central Florida! We will announce on social media and contact customers directly of any delays/closures if necessary.
As of October 1, 2021, USPS is implementing a slowdown on all shipments with the exception of Priority Mail Express packages. We strongly recommend ordering your supplies as early as possible to avoid time-related pressures.
If you live in the Central Florida area, or the surrounding region (including Jacksonville, Gainesville, Tampa, etc.) we recommend placing your order online and picking it up in-store whenever possible. Local orders are taking upwards of four (4) business days to arrive to customers that only live two hours away.
Rest assured we are doing everything we can to process and ship out orders as quickly as possible, but once your order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the package. We thank you for your patience!
80% of orders are processed and shipped within one business day, 99% of orders are processed and shipped within three business days.
The estimated domestic ship times are as follows (does not include Shoppe processing time)
USPS First Class: 4-7 business days (excludes weekends and Federal Holidays)
USPS Priority Mail: 2-5 business days (excludes weekends and Federal Holidays)
USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS: Guaranteed 1-3 business days, varied by location.
Priority Mail Express orders purchased by 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day excluding weekends, all Priority Express Mail orders placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.
Shoppe processing time varies between 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
You will also see a selection called "Flat Rate Fee via USPS" at checkout, which is our most flexible and economical option.*
Shipping fees under $8.64 go First Class, over $8.65 ship Priority Mail.
