• • Class Registration Policies at TSCS
  We strive to provide the Central Florida baking community and beyond with the highest quality instructors, tools, and learning environments!
  • Age Requirement: Classes and workshops are open to anyone aged 12 or older who is passionate about Edible Art.
  • Skill Levels: We strongly suggest choosing classes within or slightly above your current skill level for the best experience. If you have questions, please call us at 321-362-4841—our staff is happy to help you choose the right class!
  • Securing Your Seat: Advance registration is critical to keep a class open. Your seat is only fully secured once your payment is completed in full.
  Rescheduled or Canceled Classes
  If we must reschedule or cancel a class, students can choose one of the following options:
  1. Full Refund: Receive a refund for the total amount paid (including completed payment plan installments). The remaining balance will be voided. Please allow up to thirty (30) business days for processing.
  2. Store Credit: Receive immediate credit for the total amount paid, available for use online or via phone orders. Any remaining payment plan balances will be voided.
  3. Class Transfer: If a rescheduled date is announced, you can transfer your seat at no extra charge. This includes students on active payment plans.
  Please note: If a class is rescheduled and you opt for a refund or store credit, your seat will be released for public sale. If you change your mind later, you may rejoin only if seats are still available.
  Cancellations Without a New Date
  If a class is canceled without an immediate makeup date, you can choose a refund, store credit, or hold your payment place. Students with held payments will get top priority as soon as the new date is announced.
